POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1. Minerva Area Christian School is non-profit and must rely on tuition payments to meet its operating expenses. It must be assumed that each child's enrollment is for the school year. Therefore theschool offers no refund of the registration fee or school fee and no reduction, credit, or refund of tuition for absence due to illness, holidays, vacations, withdrawals, or dismissals.
2. A family receives a 10% tuition discount for siblings enrolled during the same school year. The discount is applied to the lesser tuition amount. This discount does not apply to the registration fee or school fee.
3. Parents are expected to observe the program's hours of operation. Parents will be given a five-minute grace period for pick-up times. Parents are responsible for paying a late pick-up fee of $1.00 for each minute past the grace period.
4. To receive the Church Membership Discount you must be an active member. An active member is considered to have attended MFCC more than 51% of the Sundays in the last 12 months.
