Minerva Area Christian School is a non-profit and must rely on tuition payments to meet its operating expenses. It must be assumed that each child's enrollment is for the school year. Therefore, the school offers no refund of the registration fee or school fee and no reduction, credit, or refund of tuition for absence due to illness, holidays, vacations, withdrawals, or dismissals. A parent must sign a withdrawal form with the office to complete a withdrawal from MACS.
A family receives a 10% tuition discount for siblings enrolled during the same school year. The discount is applied to the lesser tuition amount. This scholarship does not apply to students using the EdChoice Scholarship. This discount does not apply to the registration fee or school fees.

Parents are expected to observe the program's hours of operation. Parents will be given a five-minute grace period for pick-up times. Parents are responsible for paying a late pick-up fee of $1.00 for each minute past the grace period.
To receive the Church Membership Discount, you must be an active member. An active member is considered to have attended MFCC more than 51% of the Sundays in the last 12 months.
The registration fee must be paid for an application to be considered complete. Failure to do so could lead to your child losing their spot in a class.
EdChoice Scholarships must be processed by September 1st or within 30 days of enrollment. A family will be billed monthly until the EdChoice Scholarship is processed.
A family must withdraw their enrollment with the MACS office by July 15th, or they will be charged for the first month of tuition.
